The Muskoka Moonlight supper club was the first tasting, sneak peek of the Muskoka Brewery Moonlight Kettle beer at Airship37 event venue Toronto.
Airship37 – spacious open and bright – was the perfect venue to host this dynamic event.
Brewmaster Gary McMullen from The Muskoka Brewery was at the event alongside Steven Nesbitt from Berkeley Catering to discuss unique brews and food pairing possibilities. Guests had the pleasure of sampling some unique culinary combinations.
Delectable dishes were paired with signature beers to give the guests a unique experience. The Maple coconut lemongrass soup was a fresh pick.
The steak and kidney pie with Muskoka Cream Ale was a successful pairing.
Drink Inc. Events made an excellent choice to pair Muskoka Brewery with Berkeley Catering. The results of the partnership were favourably received.
Muskoka Summerweiss beer was paired with Tandoori Chicken with Mango and Nut Biryani was a delightful dish.
Muskoka Twice As Mad Tom was paired with Berkeley Catering dish Grilled Portobello Mushroom with warm Ontario cheese and pine nut & lemon gremolata.
Muskoka Detour was paired with Grilled Garlic Tarragon Shrimp with Heirloom and Chiolte Jam.
On the delectable menu there was a Grilled Garlic Tarragon Shrimp.
Beer and culinary enthusiasts came together for an inspired evening.
