Goose Island Beer hosted a unique intimate supper experience at the Berkeley Bicycle Club to kick off their Migration Week tour.
There was an all star line up of chefs behind the creation of this signature culinary experience. Chefs included Michael Wilson from Luma restaurant, Michael Hunter from Antler Kitchen, John Horne executive Chef of Canoe restaurant and chef Rocco Agostino from Pizza Libretto. Each course at Goose Island’s migration week meal was specially designed to highlight the unique flavors contained in each of the brand’s brews.


Guests had an opportunity throughout the night to learn about Goose Island Beer’s unique brews from first hand brewmaster’s and an insider look at a chef’s experience in creating a paired innovative menu.
The architecture of the Berkeley Bicycle Club allows for a stylish and atmospheric evening that started on the Jarvis street wrap around patio.
A creative cocktail menu included “Sofie Gin & Juice” with Goose Island’s Sofie, Blood orange juice, rosemary garnish
Guests included lifestyle bloggers, Toronto media, food critics, food bloggers and other individuals. Each guest thrilled to have a seat at the table and treated to a meal prepared for them in such a singularly special manner. The seated meal was in the music room and library allowing for one long private dining table experience.
The conservatory bar and pickford lounge were additional spaces for guests to spread into and enjoy the evening. The vintage stylish conservatory bar served as a showroom for Goose Island’s Migrations Week brews.
