The lush outdoor urban oasis of Berkeley Fieldhouse added to the ambiance and enjoyment of the event.
Berkeley Catering Chef Steve Nesbitt partnered Chef Lynn Crawford for the day. The freshly shucked oysters drew a lot of attention from the guests.
Some other of the PEI dishes were Fish & Chips, Steak Tartare, Grilled PEI Lobsters .
The event moved seamlessly through demonstrations, live historical enactments and ended in joyous tradition Prince Edward Island live music and dancing.
